Group Registration & Hotels

Groups of 10 or more rooms may be secured through the ACC.22 Group Registration & Housing process. In addition to standard group registration & housing, the ACC offers full-service housing and concierge assistance for breakfast, transportation, special events, porterage, registration and other services.

Group coordinators will be required to follow a new process to register their groups.

  • As a Group Coordinator, you will be required to set up a username and password to create your group account on the ACC.22 group site.

  • As you assign a named attendee to your group, a unique link will be created for each individual that you will need to share with them individually.
  • Each attendee, using their unique link, will be required to complete their own registration details. This is to ensure that each person is accurately registered to be able to have full access to ACC.22, including access the virtual meeting platform, conference tools, and to be able to claim credit and a certificate of participation seamlessly.
  • Once each attendee in your group has completed their individual registration, you will then be instructed to select their registration package via the Group Summary page and submit payment for each attendee. You will have the choice to pay by wire transfer or credit card (please note: your bank may charge a fee for the wire transfer). The deadline to pay by wire transfer is February 25 to ensure your attendee's have the access that they need. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.

Additional information about the group process will be sent to group coordinators in mid-to-late November.

ACC is committed to health and safety at ACC.22. There will be a COVID-19 vaccination requirement in place for ACC.22. Detailed information will be available in early 2022.

  • Minimum room block size to request a group block is 10 rooms.
  • For groups up to 100 rooms, a maximum of 50 rooms can be blocked per hotel. For groups larger than 100 rooms, a maximum of 75 rooms can be blocked per hotel; based on availability.
  • After the room block is confirmed by the ACC Housing Office, Groups will receive a link to the housing website in order to confirm the assignments.
  • For all reservations made through Maritz in the ACC.22 block, a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's room & tax is required for each individual Group reservation by February 16, 2022.
  • The rooming list deadline is Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Any rooms not confirmed by this date will be released into general sale. Any rooms released after February 16, 2022 will be changed a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's room & tax.
  • If any credit card is declined, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

ACC International Group Housing, through an exclusive international partnership with official housing provider Maritz Global Events, will offer priority access to preferred hotels, amenities and locations in an all-inclusive international group package. Group Registration Changes & Cancellations

  • In-person registrations may be changed to the ACC.22 virtual package at any time by contacting ACCgroups@Maritz.com. There will be no fee charged to make this change.
  • Virtual registrations are non-refundable.
  • Until March 9, 2022, requests for cancellations will be honored and processed minus a $99 administrative fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing to ACCgroups@Maritz.com. After March 9, 2022 registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Names for all registrations must be submitted by Wednesday, February 16, 2022. After Wednesday, February 16, 2022, all registrations are non-transferable.
  • The ACC will not refund due to travel carrier cancellations or other unforeseen incidents beyond an attendees' control. All attendees are urged to purchase personal travel insurance.

Group Hotel Changes & Cancellations

  • For all reservations made through Experient in the ACC.22 block, a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's room & tax is required for each individual Group reservation by Wednesday, February 16, 2022.
  • The rooming list deadline is Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Any rooms not confirmed by this date will be released into general sale. Any rooms released after Wednesday, February 16, 2022 will be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's room & tax.
  • If any credit card is declined, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

ACC Anywhere Cancellations

At any time prior to April 10, 2022, you may contact ACCgroups@Maritz.com to cancel your order of ACC Anywhere and receive a full refund. Claiming credit for ACC Anywhere will make you ineligible for a refund.
