With Chicago O'Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport both nearby, travel to and from Chicago is a breeze. Plus, while you're here, an easy-to-use public transportation system allows you to explore Chicago stress-free.

ACC.25 will take place at McCormick Place, located at 2301 S Martin Luther King Dr, Chicago, IL 60616. ACC will provide morning and evening shuttle service to and from the center for downtown hotels.

Airports and Transportation

  1. Chicago O'Hare International Airport: Multi-award-winning, environmentally conscious O'Hare (ORD) is one of the largest airports in the world. It lies just 16 miles from downtown Chicago and boasts four terminals — three domestic (Terminals 1, 2 and 3) and one international (Terminal 5).
  2. Chicago Midway International Airport: Midway (MDW) is the nation's premier point-to-point airport, offering value-oriented leisure and business travel to over 60 destinations. It's located only 11 miles from downtown Chicago.
  3. Amtrak: Amtrak routes are available to Chicago anywhere from New York City to New Orleans. Click here for more information.
  4. Convention Center Parking: McCormick Place offers convenient on-campus parking for visitors and attendees. There is one surface lot and two parking decks on campus with over 5,800 parking spaces to make visiting McCormick Place convenient for guests. Reserve your parking in advance.

Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttle bus service is provided for individuals who make hotel reservations through Maritz Global Events. The shuttle schedule will be provided closer to the meeting, please check back for updates.

Hotels that are within walking distance of the Convention Center and will not be serviced by convention shuttles:

Shuttle service for transportation between ACC.25 hotels and the convention center will be available for ACC.25 attendees. By utilizing the shuttle services, ACC.25 attendees assume all risks associated with their use of the shuttle services and release ACC, Kushner & Associates ("K&A"), and K&A's contractors from any liability whatsoever for any personal injury or loss, property damage, or any other losses or claims related to or arising out of the ACC.25 attendees' use of the shuttle services, and waive the right to bring any actions against ACC, K&A, and K&A's contractors.

Attendee Services

In an effort to make ACC.25 more inclusive and inviting, ACC will offer several services to support our attendees. We offer childcare throughout the meeting, a mother's room, and an Interfaith Prayer & Meditation Room.

KiddieCorp will be providing care for children ages 6 months through 12 years old in order to allow ACC.25 attendees to have a comfortable, safe and happy place for their children, co-located in McCormick Place, while they attend sessions. Children must be registered in advance — the registration deadline is February 28, 2025, and availability is limited so please don't delay*. Learn more and register your child(ren) today!
