Change and Cancellation Policies

Registration Changes & Substitutions

• Before Feb. 24, 2027:
  • Registration Changes: Registrants may upgrade or change their registration package at no additional processing fee. Any difference in registration fees will be charged or refunded accordingly. Contact ACC@maritz.com.
  • Substitutions: In-person registrations may be transferred to another attendee. No refunds will be provided for differences in registration categories or rates.
• After Feb. 24, 2027: Registration changes and substitutions will no longer be permitted.
• Virtual Registration Upgrades
  • ACC.27-WCC@Home registrants may upgrade to an in-person registration at any time at no administrative charge.
  • Virtual registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Registration Cancellations

• In-person registration cancellations submitted by Feb. 24, 2027 will receive a refund minus a $199 administrative fee. Requests must be sent to ACC@maritz.com.
• After Feb. 24, 2027, refunds will not be issued; however, registrants may request to convert their registration to the ACC.27@Home (virtual) package.
• No refunds or fee waivers will be provided for non-attendance, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Attendees are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
• ACC.27-WCC@Home (virtual) registrations are non-refundable.

Housing Changes and Cancellations

Hotel changes and cancellations can be made online until March 18, 2027 by clicking the changes/updates link in your confirmation email or by sending an email to ACC@maritz.com.

Reservations will be transferred to your confirmed hotel March 19 – 21, 2027, and no changes can be made during this time.

Beginning March 22, 2027, you must contact your hotel directly for changes and cancellations (cancellations must be made within 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of 1st night's room rate + tax).

Your room and incidental charges are payable upon check-out. A credit card is required at check-in and will be charged a per day incidental fee when you check in. This fee will be refunded if you do not use it. You may call the hotel direct to find out what this fee is.
