Registration Changes & Cancellations

ACC.24 in Atlanta (In-Person) attendees may change their registration to the ACC.24@Home (Virtual) or One-Day (In-Person) package free of charge until Feb. 2, 2024 by contacting Maritz customer service at ACC@maritz.com.

One-Day (In-Person) attendees may change their registration to the ACC.24@Home (Virtual) package free of charge until Feb. 2, 2024 by contacting Maritz customer service at ACC@maritz.com.

ACC.24@Home (Virtual) attendees may upgrade to the ACC.24 in Atlanta (In-Person) or One-Day package at any time by contacting ACC@maritz.com. Virtual registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Requests for cancellations of ACC.24 in Atlanta (In-Person) registrations will be honored and processed minus a $149 administrative fee until March 6, 2024. Cancellations must be sent in writing to ACC@maritz.com. After March 6, 2024, ACC.24 in Atlanta (In-Person) registration fees are non-refundable. ACC.24 in Atlanta (In-Person) registrations are non-transferable except in the case of an emergency. ACC.24@Home (Virtual) registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Special requests for refunds due to emergency cancellations after March 6, 2024 must be received no later than July 4, 2024. ACC retains the right to determine what constitutes an emergency situation, if additional supporting documentation is required, and if a refund will be given, and ACC's decision will be final.

The ACC will not provide refunds due to travel carrier cancellations or other unforeseen incidents beyond an attendee's control. All attendees are urged to purchase personal travel insurance.

Housing Changes & Cancellations

Hotel changes and cancellations can be made online until March 14, 2024 by clicking the changes/updates link in your confirmation email or by sending an email to ACC@maritz.com. Reservations will be transferred to your confirmed hotel March 15 – 18, 2024, no changes can be made during this time. Beginning March 19, 2024, you must contact your hotel directly for changes and cancellations (cancellations must be made within 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of 1st night's room rate + tax).

Your room and incidental charges are payable upon check-out. A credit card is required at check-in and will be charged a per day incidental fee when you check in. This fee will be refunded if you do not use it. You may call the hotel direct to find out what this fee is.
