Group Registration & Hotels

Groups of 10 or more may request their housing block or book full-service housing for ACC.27-WCC in Houston, TX.

In addition to standard group registration & housing, the ACC offers full-service housing and concierge assistance for breakfast, transportation, special events, porterage, registration, and other services.

Key Dates & Deadlines

ACC has implemented a group registration process to ensure that each person in your group is accurately registered and has full access to the ACC.27-WCC program and conference tools, along with the ability to seamlessly claim credit and obtain a certificate of participation. Group coordinators will be required to follow the process below to register their groups.

• As a Group Coordinator, you will be required to set up a username and password to create your group account on the ACC.27-WCC group site.
• Once you have created your group account, you will add the individuals in your block using their first name, last name and email address.
• As you assign a named attendee to your group block, a unique link will be created and sent to each individual in order for them to confirm their registration.
• Each attendee, using their unique link, will be required to confirm their registration. Once the individual has confirmed their registration, you will be able to submit payment.
• IMPORTANT REMINDER: ACC will charge a $200 around-the-block fee for each in-person group attendee that does not book housing within the ACC.27-WCC hotel block. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided for registration by the tour group operator in the last two weeks of March.

Group Requirements and Guidelines

1. Minimum room block size to request a group block is 10 rooms.
2. For groups up to 100 rooms, a maximum of 50 rooms can be blocked per hotel. For groups larger than 100 rooms, a maximum of 75 rooms can be blocked per hotel; based on availability.
3. The rooming list deadline is Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2027. Any rooms not confirmed by this date will be released into general sale.
4. Accurate and legitimate email addresses MUST be provided for each attendee to benefit from all attendee services.
5. All rooms in your block must have attendee names assigned no later than Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2027. After this date, if a room is cancelled, a cancellation fee of one night's room rate + tax will be applied per cancelled room.
6. Once rooms transfer to the hotel on Thursday, March 18, 2027, the hotel will charge a one-night room and tax deposit on each room reservation which will be applied to that room, unless separate billing arrangements have been made and confirmed in advance directly with the appropriate hotel(s). This fee is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled in its entirety.

Group Changes & Cancellations Policies

• The rooming list deadline is Feb. 17, 2027. All rooms must be confirmed by this date and any unconfirmed rooms will be released for general sale.
• Any rooms released after Feb. 17, 2027 will incur a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's room rate plus tax.
• If any credit card is declined, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Italian Agents – AIFA

The ACC has appointed Marben Srl (in collaboration with ABTS Convention Services Inc.), to coordinate and assist Italian pharmaceutical companies as the sole delegate in order to collect the requests and complete the mandatory procedure in compliance with the instructions given by Legislative Order No. 219 of April 24, 2006, par. 124.
