Important: Visa processing times can be lengthy. We strongly recommend applying 3 – 4 months before the meeting.

Visa Delays or Denials

If your visa application to attend ACC.27-WCC is delayed or denied, please let us know.
If your application remains pending after 45 days and you are at risk of missing the meeting, report your case to the National Academies by completing the Visa Questionnaire. In the Purpose of Visit field, enter "ACC.27-WCC Annual Scientific Session" so your case can be identified as related to the meeting.

Registration Refunds For Visa Denials
Attendees requesting a registration refund due to a visa denial must provide:

• An official visa denial document from the U.S. Consulate, or
• A stamped copy of the visa application showing the application date and denial date

Official ACC Documentation

ACC can provide documentation to support your visa application; however, ACC cannot intervene with U.S. Embassies, Consulates, or the U.S. Department of State on behalf of attendees.

Letter of Invitation
A personalized Letter of Invitation is available after:

• Registration for ACC.27-WCC is completed
• Payment is received in full
• Required verification documents are submitted

Invitation letters will be sent to the email address on file. For special formatting requests, contact ACCLogistics@acc.org.

Registration Confirmation
Registered attendees will receive a confirmation email that may be used as supporting documentation during the visa process.
