Pulmonary Vascular Disease

Explore the Program

The Pulmonary Vascular Disease (PVD) Learning Pathway at ACC.26 will deliver cutting-edge science, bold ideas and high-stakes debates in pulmonary hypertension (PH). This year's program highlights both the fundamentals of assessment and treatment and the evolving science of right ventricular physiology and its interaction with the pulmonary vasculature. Through case-based learning, expert discussions and interactive formats, sessions will equip clinicians with practical insights they can apply across all levels of pulmonary vascular care.

This year's sessions span the full spectrum of PVD, from foundational learning in PH 101 and PH 202 to advanced, case-driven discussions that challenge clinical reasoning. Attendees will explore precision phenotyping and the integration of emerging technologies, including AI, wearables, and omics-driven insights that are redefining how PH is diagnosed and managed. The program also features timely updates on pulmonary embolism guidelines, chronic thromboembolic disease, and the evolving art of right heart decision-making.
