Registration Changes and Cancellations
To make changes to your ACC.17 registration, please login using your ACC username and password to access your registration record or send an email to ACC@experient-inc.com.
All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to on February 8, 2017 will be honored and processed less a $150 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing to ACC@experient-inc.com. Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of iScience and all ticketed events purchased during registration. Cancelled registrations are non-transferable. Refunds will not be processed for amounts less than $35.00 U.S.
After February 8, 2017, registration fees are non-refundable. Cancelled registrations are non-transferable except in the case of an emergency. ACC will review special requests for refunds after ACC.17 and no later than June 30, 2017. ACC retains the right to determine what constitutes an emergency situation, if additional supporting documentation is required, and if a refund will be given, and ACC's decision will be final. The ACC will not refund due to travel carrier cancellations or other unforeseen incidents beyond attendees control. All attendees are urged to purchase personal travel insurance.
Hotel Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your hotel reservation prior to February 22, 2017, please login using your ACC username and password to access your hotel reservation or by send an email to ACC@experient-inc.com. Beginning February 23, 2017 you must contact your hotel directly for changes and cancellations.
Please note: you must cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date or your credit card will be charged for 1 night’s room and tax.
Cancelling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your meeting registration. To cancel your meeting registration, please contact ACC@experient-inc.com.
