Health and Safety

The American College of Cardiology recommends that all attendees be vaccinated and boosted according to the current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to attend ACC.23/WCC. Masks will not be required at ACC.23/WCC, however we encourage all attendees to continue to practice safe measures to stop the spread of COVID-19, including maintaining social distance and wearing a mask.

If you have reason to believe that you have recently been exposed to COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19, you should not attend ACC.23/WCC, including if these conditions emerge while you are in New Orleans. If you need a COVID-19 test while attending ACC.23/WCC, find a testing site available in New Orleans. Please consult with your physician to determine appropriate next steps. ACC encourages all individuals to follow applicable guidance from their care providers and relevant public health authorities.

Resources for International Travelers

If you are traveling to New Orleans from outside the US, Take the Travel Assessment developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure you are eligible to board your flight.

To find more information on the testing requirements unique to your country, select your country from the list on the US Department of State's travel website.
